Does anyone here have a normal bowl movement ?
I think you suppose to go 2 times a day.

I don't know about you but even with high fiber with these damn meds it's almost impossible in my eyes.

I have had soft stools and diarriah for nine years now caused by my meds and no ammount of fiber has helped. but I usually go first thing in the morning after my food has had time to digest.

Rate Your Bowel Movement and draw a chart using different colours to signify textures and smells.
Foe maximum pleasure play a banjo whilst sitting down.
Once in morning once at night.

Going to the "potty" is sanctuary personified, especially if you got something to read,eat and drink with you in there.

Can't beat a regular morning meditation session on the potty.....it clears your head for the oncoming days BS :-)

I learned in nursing school to advise the patients to "envision" the exit .And it will come out , or read it relaxes the rectum ..or use the plunger
