what is a TD side-effect?

Well that was an education. I never thought of turning the things my various pyschologists said I had into acronyms. In fact having an Austic son has stopped me using them,
But now I think about things he's on the inter web net thingy more than Iam so I bet he know more acronyms than I do. MMMMMM
