I took a fish oil tablet earlier today. I decided to get over my anxiousness. Is it supposed to calm you down to the extreme? It's almost like ocean wave euphoria. I cannot describe it. I used to listen to ocean waves relax me, till they didn't work any more. This is much better than that. It's almost like it enhances my lamictal! I am worried that I am too calm. I am really calm and drowsy. Is this a bad thing? These are the only two side effects I have of having too much fish oil and I only took 1 1200 pill. Trust me, I will NEVER overdo it. I only need one. I have no idea why. It's a little wierd and strange for me to be this calm. My husband says to "roll with it." Any suggestions?

Thanks, at first I got a little worried, then my husband calmed me down. I feel really great. I am beginning to wonder if I need that much Seroquel at night to calm me down anymore. If this fish oil thing works out, after I talk to the people at group tomorrow, they might want to cut my 125 md dose down to 75, until things get hectic again!

JBinsanity is that male genitalia on your avatar? LOL. Fish oil is fantastic for the nerves in the brain, that is why you are feeling calm, it must have a quick acting effect on you BP princess lucky you. Go with the flow!!!!

I also might be prescribed to only take it at night. That's when I really need it the most. I will roll with it. I will see all these responses in the am. I am going to bed now.
