I had my pdoc on Monday and everything went well, he increased my abilify but things are not getting better I'm actually feeling worse.
I been having both SI and self injury thoughts on and off all day. The other problem is when I'm like this I also get bursts of energy where I could destroy things.
Fortunately I have enough mindfulness training that I won't act on the negative feelings, I'm just frightened by how bad I feel today. I just need to hear it will be ok from people.

So I have been having a lot of health issues and my cardiologist felt that he didn't get clear enough images of my heart in the office, so he wanted to do a Trans-esophegeal heart Echocardiocgram in the hospital. I was pretty nervous about it, because I've never had any procedures related to my heart or any other major organs. I've had knee surgery and thyroid surgery, but to me anything to do...

I think the worst part of BP, is the evil way those negative thoughts tell you, that you are stuck in your life as it is .
There is ALWAYS hope.
If you're not feeling better in a few days , call your Pdoc

your other tools - are needed always, maturity, choices, you know how to monitor and change, detach, meditate....
I always enjoyed our banter, you thought it was one or the other - meds or coping skills, and with my respect - I always bitched at you both, gives us the most opportunity for a better life,a full life we create!
Your thoughts - when you're out of them, well - we are stronger! that whole "tree's bend" shit! LOL Keep coming back Will, your missed! I don't have many good "debates" come back and throw me a bone!!!!! (((HUG))) *here bite on this piece of wood* : )
Between you all, my tats69, and my outside support system I get through this.
