On 20mg of zyprexa morning and night and 50mg of lamictal morning and I do feel better and am sleeping some. I moved to the living room to sleep and since there is no snoring I can get some sleep. I stopped crafts for a while and have been coloring for the past few days. It helps but going back to crafting. I had a problem of a complaint about noise and stopped crafting but she is crazy and I cannot let the B**ch win this time I am only hurting myself stopping crafts so I will just be quiet. Other than that I feel good the lamictal has to be raised but it is doing something. Feeling more motivated and energetic More active and generally in a good mood

Thanks guys I even controlled my temper at the meeting Just walked out She was just accusing me of doing things I did not argue with her I was so angry ready to slap her so I just kept a stepping The benadryl seems to be working again so I sleep and that is good Just have to gain weight

I’m an artist and I want to encourage you to pursue crafts if that’s what you’re inclined to. Especially for people like myself with mental disorders, art/crafts is a very soothing and rewarding past time and truly helps balance out our moods.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
