Feeling alone

I'm new and I'm here because I'm tired of feeling alone in this. I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 years ago.  I've been experiencing symptoms since early adolescence. Due to insurance issues i am unmedicated for the first time since being diagnosed and my moods are all over the place right now. It is causing me to alienate myself from everyone. It's gotten so bad that I'm having some suicidal thoughts.

I'm sorry you are feeling so badly, I can only hope by posting in this group where people do understand, yet walk in different shoes. This time of year is especially challenging. In the past when I've had a hard time getting meds, my psydr gave me samples for free. Explore ds, there are many groups...I hope you will find what brings you peace.

Have you looked into generic brands?.... I would also ask your doc if he/she could provide samples from a drug company that your doc uses and then they would be free.... it might be worth a try

Very sorry to hear what you’re going through. You’re not alone. I guess that’s why we are all here to have people to discuss issues with. I’ve seen some posts regarding receiving meds at a low or discounted rate. Good of people to share this information. Bipolar 2 by far is one of the hardest illnesses to treat. I’ve seen it in my wife’s life for many years. All I can suggest is attempt to stay positive and try to find at least 1 thing everyday to be grateful for. Sometimes it starts with 1 that can lead you to more. Please keep us updated on how you are doing, many here really do care.

    Lately I've been feeling scared and full of anxiety. I recently found a lump under my nipple. I hurt my back too. I'm in the process of moving. I'm run down. Everything is hard
