In many ways I think how faith and fortitude walk hand in hand. My long time work buddy and great friend gave us the good news yesterday. He has a match !!! Finally there's a donor that will give him a much needed kidney. My buddy has been enduring dialysis for quite some time. Yet if anyone needed anything he was the first to offer help. Now his kindness and fortitude are being repaid. I cry the happiest of tears while writing this. His transplant surgery is in the second week of October. I wish him a speedy recovery and all the best. And a resounding WOO HOO !!!!!!!!

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
That's great that he found a match and will be off dialisis soon. Fantastic! Early Christmas eh!
