Exhausting my options

Group today wasn't helpful. Still very anxious. Still suicidal thoughts. I see IOP psychiatrist tomorrow. I'm gonna tell her I plan to swallow a bottle of sleeping pills. If they pink slip me oh well.  I need out of this hell

Most of us feel weak by asking for help because we are so unaccustomed to advocating for ourselves! It feels awful to "tell" on ourselves but truly that is better than the places our minds take us...Get help, get a med change....find a better path Kisses none of this is easy....

Kissess - are you out? Interested in how you are doing and what your experiences were on the inside. I think you had very very different hospitals from me. Mine are more medium-security prisons that place designed to help individuals.
