Good morning everyone! I am still feeling depressed. I had truly hoped the lithium would be working by now. I truly hate being depressed. It takes so much effort to do anything. I didn't do anything this weekend. I went to my nephew's birthday party Saturday. But that is all I did. I spent the rest of the weekend reading.

Good afternoon all! I am soooooooo tired this afternoon. I could really use a nap. The weird thing is I slept really well last night. Maybe I just stayed up to late. Oh well, I hope everyone is doing well.

Andrea, Keep on waiting for Lithium to help depression, you would wait for ever. Lithium only helps mania, does absolutely nothing for Depression. Sorry darling.

Actually, I looked it up and in the description it says it is sometimes helpful for depression. And it's what my pdoc prescribed when I told her I was depressed. I know it's mostly used to stop mania. But if I don't see a difference soon I will be calling the pdoc.

I changed!! Overnight!!

When I woke up this morning I had turned into a beautiful butterfly. I am soooo glad - was tired of being a worm.

Most mornings I forgot where I leave my cup of coffee when getting ready.

I'll find it later on in the bathroom cupboard next to my makeup,still half full.....or sometimes in the closet by my clothes...lol

Comes in smelling of vineager - nope not a douche just over did it with my fries

Kicks it back just so I have someplace to stomp around this afternoon
