I'm pretty sure we'll muddle through. I rarely get on the computer during the weekend anyway. I have to sit in front of one all week long so I take a break from the computer n hte weekend. It's just TV and books and naps for me.

Hey again everyone! My day is half way over and I am sooooooooo glad. I am tired and irritable and have so much work to do. I really need a vacation! I guess I could have stayed at home again today. But the work would still be here when I came back in so I figured I better just come on in to work.

What kind of career are you in?

I am a Food Stamp Eligibility worker. When I miss a day of work, no one does my work, so I am stuck the next day with double the work. Since getting sick (with fibromyalgia and bipolar) I have been having a lot of trouble keeping my work caught up and my clients and co workers don't care that I'm sick. I am just tired of working in a place where I feel like no one really cares about me at all. I just wish I could retire. But I haven't even been here ten years yet. I have been doing this for a little over six years and have gotten to the point that I dread coming in in the morning. But at the age of forty six I doubt anyone else would hire me and I don't know what else I would do anyway.

That must be a really hard job! I can't imagine the stress you must be under. I am always nice to my Food Stamp Examiner because I need food stamps. Without them, I couldn't afford food.
