I have now gone back to being warm - its not menapausal hot flashes (had that all a few years ago - luckily barely noticed it) I am having to sleep with the AC on. I think its med related as also am back to being nauseated and puking with no other reason showing its ugly head. Had thought the nausea was migraine related but no migraine this morning but still the nausea pushes on. . . BLAH BLAH BLAH

So far today, Ive done all right. I havent gossiped, havent lost my temper, havent been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish, or over indulgent. Im very thankful for that.

But, in a few minutes, Im going to get out of bed. And from then on, Im probably going to need a lot more help.

Seems as if I have either sprained or busted pinky finger due to doggy mishap yesterday - didnt actually ever realize one used their pinky for much until I found myself without the use of mine lol go figure
