like i would rather be at home, but i was good and came in to work, even made it here on time LOL

I have so much to do at home and am so sleepy I can barely keep my head up..of course I can't do anything about it right now cause I have to work.

i wish we could both have stayed at home today, i wish i culd take tomorrow off, the tdoc had a cancelled appt at 800, but i have my own appts to deal with tomorrow, i should probably have just called in sick, oh well, hopefully she will get an afternoon cancellation soon

i have an appointment with the therapist Tuesday, now that i'm feeling better i'm not sure about doing the outpatient treatment

A don't take thi s wrong as do adore youbut got feelng if you dont do the outpatient you are gonna be right back where you were last weekend

A - yes its scary but you can do it

W- i have severe doubts in my ability to handle whatever therapy will bring up, but for now i will place my trust in you and my pdoc and tdoc

I am ready for spring too, it has been entirely too cold down here for me

Hello ladies.. just dropping in to see what you're up to today... Asch.. Im being referred for trauma therapy as well and am sort of freaked out about it as well.. worried about doing the Humpty Dumty thing..Ive talked to quite a few people about it though on both sides.. I have a couple of friends here who have been through it and also therapists.. they all say it is soooo worth it... a therapist said to me you cant get to the castle without swimming the moat.. made good sense... she blows kisses on her way out the door.. love for ya sistas..xxxx
