Anybody else do this - periodically, when stressed, I can just lose it totally - throw stuff, bang a chair badly and have broken more than a few things in my time. I have meds to prevent that, works most of the time but once in a blue moon, I can lose it for about 5 min. Now, sometimes I do this on purpose when I feel an episode coming to vent and get it out when I am under control, and can sit back and say GOOD, DID NOT GO NUTS on this occasion. Not the best but it can work before BiPolar kicks on the nuts switch and send me over the real edge. I hate it, bad behavior but there it is and I have done this for a good part of my life. Sheesh.

If you have these rage problems it could stem from many different issues. Talk with your Pdoc, you may need med changes, or DBT or even Anger Management
