Excersize and music southes my soul.

well, right now, I'm going to enjoy playing some guitar hero with hub and cousin. =)

I want to get out and take a walk tomorrow before the snow season is here.

I actually play bass for real and it helps me relax allot. Brings my depression up every time.

I went out for a walk today, to take a break from school work. Tonight, before I go to bed, I am going to listen to some Rachmaninov. It settles me down and puts me to sleep quickly.

ispencereds.. what do you mean brings up your depression?

Christa sounds relaxing .. I love to listen to classical while we're on the road.

I use loud music to hype me up when I'm depressed and can't bring myself to move. If I want to quiet myself down before sleeping, I'll wrap myself up in blankets and drink a hot chocolate while reading by candlelight until I start to feel drowsy. I picked up aikido and always felt very rested after that as well, but unfortunately I didn't feel up to it lately.

I so suck at Guitar Hero. The worst of the worst but my sister and my step-niece kick my bro-in-law's butt at it every time.

What soothes me is watching THE X-FILES over again, starting with season one all the way through season nine. Some episodes I skip. Once was enough with them. But most of them I watch. Sometimes I rewatch SEX AND THE CITY from season one on. But it depends on what I'm in the mood for. Right now it's paranormal and conspiracy theories. Love love love that show. I'm a dork.

Playing flute, listening to music, gardening and bicycling. I also enjoy reading the Bible and studying Greek and Christian ethics, and prayer is essential.

Working,exercising,listening to some sounds of nature and meditation.

I find the most peace working in my gardens and exploring outside. I also love to paint watercolor and sketch as it takes me into right brain. Time passes quickly and I think of nothing else. Exercise,cardio and yoga, relax me and work the negative energy oout of my body. Music and meditation help me focus. Writing helps me get things out of my mind. Most important for me first thing in the morning and last thing at night, is to pray. I pray in a meditative form called lectio divina, which is meditating on the scriptures.

Doing things outdoors, getting a massage, learning a new massage technique for the hubby, maintaining friendships with neighbors, cooking new things, going to the farmer's market.

Oh, music and reading. Love to escape in reading.

What I meant by brought my depression up is that it brings my mood up when I play music so I do not feel as depressed.
