I also went through a period when i did'nt listen to anything but i now back haha!...
I saw a good movie on the bus, which was one I liked.
I also played my favorite music when the hubby is at work so I don't wake him up. I love the big band era music like Glenn Miller.
All these things relax me!
I hope to do this again soon!
