I never have sold on eBay but I did get into a lot of trouble buying.

If you CAN keep your profits and losses running at about the same level (you are a stronger human than I) I see no problem with it.

Unless that is what sucks you in ........

It wouldn't be safe for me, I know. Only you know if you have a buying glitch. Selling is fine as long as it's yours to sell and you won't regret it later!

The fact that you are asking about it makes me think you may not think it's the best idea deep down. sometimes in the back of minds we really know the right answer?

ur right mkbrn but I want to make it right. and I really use it for good too I donate to a charity part of what i sell, It is a cheap way to keep my retired butt occupied, and I use it to compare prices on big ticket items I have to buy...I want it to be okay !!!

I would just make sure you aren't manic when you do this. One of my symptons was always buying a lot of stuff with credit beyone what I could afford. I seemed to always do this when I was upset or manic and then regretted it later. Now before I buy anything that seems a little expensive or costly I always run it by my man to see if he sees it as a resonable purchase. That has set things into perspective for me and I now have found other hobbies that don't ruin my credit when I am depressed or manic. I call a friend, write a book, take a bath, cry sometimes. But at least my credit is good!

If you can keep your buying under control and don't run up some bills that cause you problems I can see where you might want to continue. Me, I'm a spender and really have to watch it but I did have a higher priced item I needed for work that I found on ebay. Maybe just set some personal limits to follow.
