I had a dream yday that was highly symbolic for me which I will take to therapy. I think its a bit of a breakthrough moment. Especially as I still recall all of the dream, that in itself is unusual

I think dreams can be over psychoanalysed though, too. Sometimes a dream is just a dream of a working brain making connections.
Something to explore with a therapist for sure!
I think there is certainly no harm is discussing your dreams, I personally believe we choose what we want to take out of them. I think symbolism in dreams can be something worth pondering on
