Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I had an interesting day yesterday. I really got a sense of how to deal with my anxiety about the
future. Maybe it was just a good moment, but whatever, I will take it.
This morning I turned on the TV, had the idea of planning my future fresh in my mind.
Slowly, the TV and all of the people shown to me seemed like they all had a distinct handle on life.
No one was questioning, they all had 'it' handled. I hate the TV. During my most successful time of my life
I had cut out television entirely. Maybe it's time to mitigate that kind of thing and go on a TV diet.
Sorry I guess this is kind of a rant.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.
I'm not a genius, or a model, or an athlete so that keys me out of most roles valued in the media....
F---Up Insane Neurotic and Exhauseted describes it well! Thanks Mark sometimes I feel like ours me glad to see others feel this way....
My strongest opine is that it pays to be mindful of what I am allowing into my brain. I believe that detoxing the physical system after too much junk food is easier than detoxing the brain after too much junk media.
