Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I had an interesting day yesterday. I really got a sense of how to deal with my anxiety about the
future. Maybe it was just a good moment, but whatever, I will take it.
This morning I turned on the TV, had the idea of planning my future fresh in my mind.
Slowly, the TV and all of the people shown to me seemed like they all had a distinct handle on life.
No one was questioning, they all had 'it' handled. I hate the TV. During my most successful time of my life
I had cut out television entirely. Maybe it's time to mitigate that kind of thing and go on a TV diet.
Sorry I guess this is kind of a rant.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I'm not an envious person so it's never given me any joy in seeing it but it is a reminder of two things, you never know what sorrow is in someone's life either now or to come and if there is something good in your life then don't take it/ them for granted because you don't know when it might be gone.
By all means if TV makes you start to feel not so good about your life or life in general please take a break!! I get so get it Mark!
