I'm always under par. Even with the meds and have been for the last 5 years even though they've changed and tweaked my meds a lot. I'm tired of tweaking and changing, so I have just learned to accept it. It brings my family down. I know I don't exercise, but would that really do the trick? I'm under the impression that no matter what I do, I'm always going to have that lead weight on my ankle.

I have been through so many meds, none of which have really helped me. This is also true of past depressive episodes.
I have to do something. I am seeing my doctor today.
It's either ECT or the Mayo Clinic.
Trying to get info out of the Mayo Clinic is like pulling teeth. The best I can get is that service tends to be speedy.
I am on Pristiq and Alertec. The anti-psychotics and anti-convulsants don't seem to do much for me. Abilify made me hypo-manic.
I am just getting frustrated. I live like a vegetable.
