It seems that recently (since I have been kind of "scarce" in the last couple of months) that this has de-evolved into more of a "chat room" than a discussion/support/advice board. Pretty sad, if you ask me. I used to think this place was great! Now it seems like just another rude chat room you might find on AOL or Yahoo.
Anyone else see this, or am I imagining things here?

well, I agree with you. This place was NOT like this a short time ago. If people are looking for chatrooms, there are plenty out there. Sad, sad, sad. I found a lot of support here, but it doesn't seem as if a lot of support is being handed out these days. Something in the air????

the following is a journal entry that I did not post for just this reason.
I am having one of those days again.I don't have anyone to call.My wife is just being a bitch from hell! I am alone with my baby girl. Sometimes I just wish I had one real friend.The meds I am on are a joke.I just don't know how much more of this I can take.I feel so trapped like I am in hell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If it was just me I swear to god I would just cash it in. But I cant even do that because of my baby girl.I feel so alone I cant do this any more .somebody please help me.help help help help help. why does it have to be like this. I want to ??????

Are you seeing or able to see a counselor at all? It might help if you were able to add that to your "arsenal", and give some of those "too soon to tell" meds a chance...

well, that's all the suggestions I have. I know counseling has worked for my (ex) boyfriend (who is BP II) and for me (depression). Maybe some other people with something else worthwhile to suggest will respond later on in the AM...Good luck! Try it if you haven't and are willing and able.
