Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Between bipolar disorder, depression, borderline personality disorder? I feel that in many ways I have been cursed with all of the above. I have never been properly diagnosed but I have suffered from depression my entire life. Recently I got out of a relationship ship during which I was extremely up and down. I was so sensitive to little things, like if he wasn't as affectionate as I was.... And at times my emotions were so severely intense because of small things like him not texting me back that it felt like my world was falling apart. All of the little things felt like devastatingly large and threatening problems in my life. I've always had a big problem letting go of things, letting small things roll off my back. I'm starting to believe that this is something I have developed that I can't control.

Hey all, i know its been quite awhile since i posted on here. Its been a summer all right. Its been something else........... You know how they say not to open the can of worms? Well a few months ago i decided to find out what my due date would have been for my first baby, the one conceived by r***. My baby would have been due on March 4th of 2006. They would be 20 years old. I was R**** on June...

I'm not sure if I'm wording this correctly. I don't mean to be insensitive or hurtful in any way.
I want you to know that you deserve the best. We all do. We're all in this together.
Are you on any meds? That could change the situation for the better.
if it's Borderline then treatment isn't meds anyway.
And that's only if the possibilities are limited to depression, bipolar or borderline - you might have something else, e.g eating disorder / self esteem issues which could be treated.
But really if it is something that does require meds then you can make a decision, I didn't worry about being dependent on meds - heck I'm "dependent" on food, water, air and vitamins what is one more to worry about? I only was concerned with reducing suffering, my own and those around me.
Only you can work out where the balance lises. We can't tell you.
I could give you some stuff to read on the differences between borderline and bipolar (depression is easy to tell from these two) but I think you should seek professional help.
good luck
