I feel am dieing slowly don't know were to get help I don't want to tell my daughters there older now and I don't want to upset them I do have mental health problems I also have fibromalga I have a slipped disc with spine root problems I can't walk far or go out am very over weight and the spine doctor won't do a op because of this so am waiting on injections I have sleep apeana am single its been years I just feel like my life is over I eat crap to make me feel better but I feel worst iv seen doctors about all my health and they really don't understand I really don't know how to hold on anymore I love my children but sometimes its not enough

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. I agree to see your family doctor ... He/she can refer you to a psychiatrist in order to get diagnosed and get onto the right medication.... Once your feeling more mentally stable you can start to address what you're going through physically

I think we now something of the territory you now find yourself in...it's a painful patch to be sure. I think there is much good advice here...I support talking to Dr.s to see if your medications are working right and getting additional help to work with pain and depression (they go together don't they!)
