Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Give yourself a Huge Pat on the back for pushing past your ??? and doing
??it?? anyway.
How to get out? When you have that answer, please post it.
So, you are not alone. There are many of us in the dark right beside you. Sing out and we will answer.
I also worry about my parents morality and my sisters.
There were many times I felt like not being around. I'd most likely disappear.... Nothing spectacular. But I'm around. Have to help the parents.
I’ve been as low as a person can get but please believe there is hope.
What have you already tried that hasn't worked so I know what not to consider?
There's actually a term for the struggle to keep up a good front, to keep going, even when you're struggling and suffering inside...I can't remember the term! (rats)
But long term depression may cost you your health, so I'd agree with SunCloud that you should check with your pdoc, if possible, and see if you need a med tweak.
