Set a goal. For example if you work out 3 times a week, on Sat treat yourself to some frozen yogurt or something. Start small and work your way up.
Part of my membership was a once a month meeting with my trainer, and he would check my BMI (Body Mass Index) this is basically the percent of fat stored in your body (at least that is how it was explained to me). At that time my BMI was 31% so 31% of my body mass was fat which translated to 86 pounds of fat. Muscle is denser and heavier than fat, so in reality I lost 19 pounds of fat but gained 11 pounds of muscle.
Don't get discouraged, it is a natural process, as you build more muscle, your metabolism goes up and you will loose more fat.

good luck.
You haven't been doing this long at all- try not to be too hard on yourself or expect unreal results.
If you want to loose weight like they do on "Biggest Loser" you will have to work out alot harder and eat alot less or differently than you are.
Stop looking at that stupid guage on that stupid game............it is NOT acurate,........your best measure is how your clothes fit and weighing yourself ONLY once a week. Heck girl, you have only been working out less than 2 weeks. Give it some time already.
So please please keep with the small targets thats the best way it gives your body a chance to learn your new healthy regime and for your metabolism to rise. Its this or spend a few thousand on having your stomach stapled with all the aafter care that goes with it and even then it takes a few months to hit the weight goal even if a little quicker.
I did Weight Watchers five years ago and lost 40 pounds. It's great. I highly recommend it.
Weight Watchers................helps with lots of things.
all I ate was a jimmy dean breakfast bowl
and two scoops of mac and cheese and that
was it so far.
He seems to think I am not doing enough exercising and cleaning.
baby steps with the exercise and cleaning. if he doesn't like your job with the cleaning tell him he is more that welcome to pick up a mop and broom.
my two cents, if it is worth that, is to begin exercise with the only expectation of bettering your health. the weight loss is just an added benefit.
set a goal with the housework. one task a day, be it just picking up and straightening. find a routine or with me, it is a ritual. don't plan to go full out because you will burn out. one small task a day, baby steps.
Try low fat/low sugar cereal with semi skimmed milk or fruit/yoghurt in the morning similar as a snack if its a busy day salad with small amount of fish or meat like chicken or turkey and similar for dinner is how you loose weight mac and cheese is full of fat....sorry l know its hard
Cut down low on bread, potatoes try sweet potatoes instead, oils like spreads or for frying, pasta, cheese is pure fat, sugars check sauces they tend to be pure sugar or salt which holds water in the body but eat then you're body will give up the fat just make it low fat foods
