I accidentally stopped taking my medication . I ran out while filling my pill organizer and didn't put them in after I refill my prescription. Now I'm depressed I don't even want to get out of bed and I missed a couple days of work all I want to do is reach out but I feel like I'm bothering people. :(

Try to think about the fact that now that you are taking your med again you will start to feel better soon.

I'm sorry this happened to you. I did the same thing with Plavix a heart drug. I spent 2 days have terrible breathing issues. On the third day I realized what I had done to myself, ordered some more, and took aspirin with Benedryl. It made a huge difference.

So don't be mad at yourself, we all make med mistakes. And as Becky said, soon the meds will be working and you will be fine. Hoping you get things back to normal & soon!

When I miss meds, I also get depressed. So, I suggest you take them on a Da/Night schedule. It will surely help you out.

Once you are on your meds again you will feel better. I've done the same. I didn't know why I was feeling so awful. I figured out later that I had forgotten my meds. I have so many reminders – on my computer calendar, through Alexa reminders, and my husband and I making the pillboxes together.

You took a couple of sick days because you needed them.... Try not to beat yourself up.... Everyone makes mistakes... xo

Thank you everyone :) I havn't missed a dose since . I'm feeling a little better today as long as i don't flip ill be good :)

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
