I get really dizzy a lot of the times and when I walk up the stairs to my apt. I get so much pressure in my head. Not sure why. Been to the docs about it. The er and they to talk to my Psychiatrist. My psychiatrist told me to talk to a family doc. I haven't been back about it. I guess I should, I just wonder if anyone knows. Or maybe it's from my meds. I think I am in a depressed state. It has a lot to do with the events in my life. I don't feel like doing anything. My son has soccer practice tomorrow my ex bf is probably going to want me to take him over there. I do not want to be yelled at or hurt by him anymore. And I'll sit on the opposite side of the field and watch my son play. I don't know how I'm going to tell my son. I'll just tell him his dad and I are better people for ourselves and him apart. Maybe I will tell my ex I'm not taking him to practice he can find his own ride and I'll go by myself. I don't want to deal with that though! I might not go.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.
Gentle empathy, Bravered. Hope you figure out what it is for you.
