what are ur ways of coping and what do u tell yourself when frustration hit you?
Use the tech that's here.
I write things down alot, and ask people questions if I need to, or ask for help. It was hard to ask for help, but I am glad I do, because it helps me to live and function with the lack of memory. I explain it to close friends and family, and now they understand if I do not remember things. I was on Lithium, and now switching to Lamictal.
What I do to cope is I write things down on a journal. When something happens or if I have a conversation with somebody, I write them down in the journal. I also keep a calendar so I will know what to do every day.
