I've been struggling with anxiety and depression for a couple of months now. I'm taking so many meds it's ridiculous. I find that every day I just write in my journal all about what I should or could be doing, but I never actually do it....well, that's not entirely true. I have managed to get a lot of cleaning done (which is very different for me).
I'm tired of living in a pig sty, and any mess causes anxiety. I'm not OCD. Far from it. I just don't want to live in a mess. I'm lacking the motivation to get moving on quite a few things.
I guess this is just a rant. I don't know if there's any advice that anyone could give to me.

So I have been having a lot of health issues and my cardiologist felt that he didn't get clear enough images of my heart in the office, so he wanted to do a Trans-esophegeal heart Echocardiocgram in the hospital. I was pretty nervous about it, because I've never had any procedures related to my heart or any other major organs. I've had knee surgery and thyroid surgery, but to me anything to do...

You are not alone.
It's great to see ya back though!!....I hope you'll start to feel better soon....x
Take care

Please talk to you pdoc, maybe a change of meds is in order.
Sometime...if I get a mood swing all of a sudden, say within 30 minutes, I take a nap. I know it sounds lame, but when I wake up I'm ok. Don't know why this works for me but it does. Give it a whirl.
In the meantime, please call your doc. You don't need to feel this way.
This level of depression - I agree with Dobiedots - don't accept it, its a fight, life is not easy for the majority of people, at least our stuggle has a name....
Good to see you woman! (((BIG HUG))) you are not alone...
