well I went up there and the p-doc basically said it was a mistake to try to wean me off of abilify to lean on the orap and my brain was relying on both to halp me as strange as this is. HE's finally okay with it. gee thanks. mmeanwhile I'm titrating back up to where I was to begin with before all this started. Thankfully and hoprfully these suicidal type mood swings will all be over soon. it feels good just to have a paln in place.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
