It's a beautiful sunny day in Philly and just like this commitment I've made one to go to the pool several days a week. The lake is only open on weekends. I used to hate the oppressive summers in Philly, but by getting in the water so often I am really going to miss this season! Who knew...

life has been so busy this year I do not even remember what season it is most days. First it was cold season, then snow season, then rain season then flooded basement season then cool season then fix car season then school season is coming and shopping season,

WILL IT NEVER END!!! when is it going to be sleep more than 3 hours season? Or better yet will sex season ever return?

Discipline has surprising payoffs! Glad to see you check in everyday. I started going to the pool this week - it's glorious to be in the water and do some water yoga and do laps.

People can tell when I'm hypomanic, if they catch me with my dry suit on, swimming in rivers in the winter. I love swimming anyway. It gives me a sense of freedom swimming in the sea, rivers or lakes.

I can't believe how fast Summer went!! School starts for my kids in like 5 days!!! Really?!

I know! My son goes back to school on 8/25 and we still haven't done school shopping. This summer has come and gone so quickly with so many ups and downs I would have thought it was going to last forever!

Day 9 for me with the yoga! I think it is really helping with the energy and strength and neuropathy a little.
