Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Think about the many changes you've made in the past year, moving away from toxic situation and becoming your own person, living the life you choose.
I really think good things are just around the corner for you, butta ya got to go out and look, not just stay in apt...no good, I can tell you that from my own experiences...I know it's not easy to put yourself out there, maybe a senior center activity, or church...just a small place so it's not over whelming.
As for your son, could he live independently or in supportive living? Right there with you as you know John and I have had Many Issues from the past. Only now that he knows how 'good he had it', learned 'he screwed up' and got the consequence of having to leave ... well now, he has more respect, for himself and his own abilities to take care of himself. I think Eric needs some of that too, what do you think? I'll message you the info of John's program. Take care <3
I like having Eric here. It's comforting.

Motion is lotion even little things help. The internet is full of gentle yoga moves that really can make a big difference....even that morning walk around the block!
I hate the message of "pace yourself" but sometimes it just comes down to that.
Be good to yourself! ((((hugs))))
