i feel like two different people sometimes. a part of me is fighting and holding on, while the other part just keeps dragging me down. i aspire to be the fighter but lately i've been giving in and letting the darker side of me take over. i try to think positively but in the end i just end up in the same place. any advice on how to keep a good mindset?
