hey Music did your first week at your new job go well? I am up early as usual having my macha green tea and a pear, yes spacekat this is first breakfast. second breakfast comes in about an hour and a half when i take my meds and have yogurt with chia seeds so i shall now enjoy 'second' breakfast knowing that someone else is doing the same thing!!
sat morning calls for a leisurely breakfast in the lounge so i am leaving bacon, eggs, peppered sausages, tomatoes, boxty, black pudding and mushrooms in the Bain Marie for most of the day for all comers. plenty of fresh juices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate too with the makings of smoothies or milkshakes in the fridge right by the machine.

hey, irish! my first week went well, thanks. that breakfast sounds delicious.

back again, just having my second macha tea, (i have three during the day) another pear and took my spirulina which i think is giving me more energy. apart from the glitch last week i certainly feel more positive and am contemplating the pool and gym right now and maybe meet a friend once ihave the swimming part done and we can relax in the jacuzzi and steam room. i like to swim for an hour so i am hoping she will meet me after that.

I hope saturday is being nice to everyone??

I went to the pool and met my friend and then went to her house for a while and got home at 9.30pm and then spent about two hours talking to wolfgang on the phone. so all in all a good day and a good night.

Sounds yummy Irish particularly the brown bread and feta....It's getting on in the afternoon here in California I'm always last to the lounge...brought a bottle of Rose if anyone cares for a glass....

It is timeless here in the lounge so in spite of the early hour here in ireland (6.30am) I will sit down with you Mayb and have a nice cold glass of rose. may i have the sparkling one - i love it?

Good morning, guys. Hope you all are doing well. I just made myself a cold green tea drink with some almond milk and raw sugar. I will be working today, and have another day off tomorrow.

don't work too hard Music. i have just emptied and sorted three wardrobes and filled two big black sacks with clothes for people in Belaruse. I also finally unpacked my suitcase and am about to put laundry in the dryer and maybe clean out the airing press. it is wonderful to have some energy. i'm putting it down to the spirulina which i have been taking for about two months now. it seems to be doing its job.

Stopping by with some pasta and pesto it's all homemade and fresh out of the garden, and yes there is a garden salad and garlic bread. I put up the candle lanterns for mood lighting and yes I've got some Rose and some San Peligrino seltzer water with lemon slices and plenty of ice....If your in a bad mood this can help to make it better.....
