6am here and am tired and i notice that i feel a little scared a lot of the time but the xanax definitely helps. I'm very lucky still that I have had no side effects from stupidly stopping cold turkey.

pancakes and all the toppings this morning. there's a big stack on the warmer with blueberries, cream, maple syrup, strawberries etc. on the side. there's grilled bacon with tomatoes and scrambled egg with cheese, rosemary and black pepper on the warmer too.

enjoy Sunday. I am going to unpack my case and try to be a little more ruthless about what I am bringing. I always bring way too much stuff. I'm saying very sternly to myself 'no, you do not need more than seven dresses for seven days with a couple of long ones for night time'. Then I take some out, then I put some back in and so on..Hopefully I will manage to keep it all on the light side.

I'm going to take my time with breakfast 'cos I have a lot to do today before heading to wolfgang's.
