Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

thanks for the extra candy from everyone i'll be topping up my sugar levels after i get back from class later on.
I have astonished myself and just washed the dishes!! hopefully it will be easier leaving the house tonight. i seem to have a little more energy today..i have a couple of hours to get myself into a bath and find clothes to wear.
I have a really nice group this term, some for the last three of four years who are coming along nicely and two rather interesting new ones. one writes a kind of poetic prose and the other wants to write a self help book. so i'm tailoring parts of the course to meet their needs too. the banter is the best part, we have such fun and always go over time! and still the dread each week before!!!!
hope monday is good to all here.
