i'll have a muffin and a hot ruby port now that the weather is getting a bit cooler here! (any excuse to have a hot port!)

I had a dinner party on sat night and didn't fall to pieces so i thought I'd do the same menu for dinner tonight here if anyone wants some.

stuffed oyster mushrooms (stuffed with three cheeses and mixed veg and topped with grated white cheddar)

stuffed bell peppers (stuffed with quorn mince & fine chopped veg with port & tomato sauce) and boiled baby new potatoes and roasted sweet potatoes,

almond & pear upside down cake with fresh cream, strawberry and raspberry garnish.


I still can't believe i got through the night. there were six of us in wolfgang's house and we didn't go to bed til 5.00am sunday.

I just ate some pita chips with chili dip and rice with soy sauce and coffee, sort of an impromptu snacks and the rest of the take out dinner but totes fine.

And I'm still drinking coffee. It's always time for coffee.

Wow, only been gone a short while and we got so much good stuff going on here in the lounge. The food all sounds wonderful and seeing dobie all covered in glitter is awesome! I love all the halloween decorations. Hope everyone is doing well today.
