theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

bacon, eggs, sausages, black pudding, pancakes, tomatoes, boxty, mushrooms, and home-made brown bread - all here ready when anyone wants them. you all need building up after last night. fresh oranje juice is in the 'fridge and tea and coffee are in the flasks over there on that counter. i'll be back for mine later, I have to go get some blood work done, lucky me!!!

got the blood work done. it wasn't too bad. got script for all my meds fot the next month which is great. means i dont have to trek to doc's office unti mid january. yay!

where is everybody? did ye wear yourselves out last night. breakfast is looking good. now I can tuck in , I don't have to fast anymore. come to me lovely food.

For Christmas, I want Manic Vibes. Is that bad? Just once I want to feel what mania is all about. Just having Depression is just so....well...depressing.

yes, BP2, and I hardly even get hypo. I fluctuate between 'normal' moods and SEVERE depression.

I hope we can hit 500 by tonight!!
