muffins with waffles and eggs and bacon and sausage and strawberry and banana crepes and coffee with cocoa ans an assortment of creamers and I'll take a shot of cinnamon schnaps and I'll save the butterscotch for you guys =)

good afternoon everyone sorry for my absence, i've been driving all over the country again! went to visit tj after the funeral and then to galway to wolfgang and then we did an impromptu overnight trip to dublin (four hours away!) for drinks with a friend before she and her husband head back to quatar. I hadn't seen her for about four years so that was fun and I also got to see my daughter who lives in dublin too. we got back yesterday evening and just sat in front of the stove all night talking. it was all so much fun. I hope this new year start augurs well for the rest of the year. I have been really wanting to cut but with wolfgang's help and meds so far so good! good one precious for putting away all blades. ye reached 1900!! and we're nearly at 2000!!!! yay! hope all is going ok for everyone. the ups and downs of bp are so severe. I'm trying to get wolfgang not to feel responsible for my moods, he thinks that he should be able to make me feel better so I keep telling him it is an illness and he is not responsible, if I had any other illness he would not feel this way. how are the unicorns?? and I think I'll have some ruby port, a hot one and just sit here quietly on the couch for a while enjoying the peace and waiting for some excellent company. big hugs all round!

I'm between dr appts right now. Saw my neurologist this morning for test results and a check-in (I have a tachycardia syndrome), and I see my GP in just a little bit for my knee, and I have to update her on my MH happenings. Then I'm going to go home and crash on the sofa!! and watch tv.

The neurologist needed blood today, and it was unexpected so I didn't make a point to be really well hydrated, so I got stuck in my arm and each hand to get all 9 tubes of blood she ordered!! Good thing needles don't bother me.

Hey Irish! Glad to see you're back! Sounds like you had a lot of fun on your trip. I'm so glad that Wolfgang is so supportive, and that your meds are helping, that's awesome!

Presh - I hope your headache goes away soon.

Sadie - Dr's appts are not my fav :/ sorry they wanted to do some unexpected lab work. I can relate to getting stuck so much, I have deep veins and they always have to stick me a few times too. I hope this next dr's appt goes a little smoother for you.
