Thank you for the replies! I should specify that while I was officially diagnosed with BP(URC), OCD, ADHD and BPD....this is not a late onset event. Ive struggled as long as I have memory. I just now realized its not everyone else but me.

That's hard....those are hard words...so many times, for me anyway, I can be my own worst enemy and my own hardest cretic...down right cruel to myself....I can only hope you will be forgiving and gentle with yourself on this new journey of awareness....Move forward with courage and confidence, not behind with regret....mistakes are learning lessons....I tell myself this over and over again!

Ml! Hahaha! Gosh I can relate. I live in the past...every aweful event playing over and over again...then all the steps i take to prevent those events from reoccuring...like isolating or pushing others away by lashing out. It almost seems to run in the background...a defense I have no cotrol over. Like im watching things go down from the passenger seat and cant stop the car.
