It's better than Assume...I say keep it...there must be a reason you chose it so humour yourself and leave it awhile. Just my wooden nickel's worth.

The clip Richard sent is a blast!!!! However did you find it?? I'd though I'd change it to Natural Muse, a name I've used before, but I really do like this one. I don't know whether it's appropriate when someone is in crisis and I offer support.....I hesitate. But I hear you and I will keep it! I've been feeling supported by reading about various struggles and it took the edge off of the stress of having my required 10hrs of sleep being interrupted lately on a regular basis by my cat and then having difficulty falling back to sleep knowing that if I don't the day will be shot. Today I took my morning klonopin dose when this occurred and after a wasted hr fell back to sleep. All toll i was in bed for 11 frickin hours.......really annoying to deal with; even have the cat on prozac! She takes 10mg a day!

ah, a challenge....well I do have a lot of amusing stories to tell like when I used to crash 1st class pre-911- full course meals were so good; and then there was when I tried to throw a book up on stage as a gift for Billy Joel. It landed just in front. It was probably just as well since it could have actually hit him! I often laugh at myself after I've said or done what an average person with a very "unique" perspective ie "us" have on reality. I mean what's the worst that can happen in trivial matters when we all know the dark side. More stories to come! Life With Bipolar- A Memoir!

as a point of information - prozac seems to be a fairly standard approach to deal with behaviour modification in cats and dogs - it's therefore prescribed by vets.

I sem to remember we needed to give something to one of our cats - an anti-biotic and I had to sign a release form to say I wouldn't use it to treat myself - as it's a standand human med.

    When i was in the ER February 16th 2025, i was being admitted to ICU where i was for 3 weeks, then had to relearn to walk for 3 weeks in another hospital rehab floor, the nurse told me something that made me feel for over 18 months now that i was finally *safe*. She told me that the guy who raped and beat me 21 years ago now  almost 20 years at that time, was in prison as of a month before that...
