Or, maybe something 30-40 hours a week, like filling in for someone who's sick in a doctor's office or pysch office, then working your way up to two to three days a week after proving yourself. Also, medical transcription pays well, and you can work from home.
I'm attracted to the many options/specialities available in nursing and then the prospects of travelling/working overseas once I have experience under my belt.
If you're able to go to school, I say do it! There seem to be a lot of us in the health industry. There is a lot of flexibility there and that comes in handy for a lot of reasons.
There will always be stress in life, but if you can pick what you like to do, and control the stress, you will be able to do it. There really is hope. I just went back to school a few years ago, too, and even at my age, it was the best possible decision I could have made. It has given me my confidence back, restored my memory, and given me a purpose.
I would really encourage you to go back and find a fulfilling career. You can do it.
I used to word as a Patient Services Assistant (basically a wardswoman in fancy terms) in a Maternity ward of a private hospital and I do love the hospital environment.
I've woken feeling more positive today.... maybe the lamictal is starting to do it's thing.
Even though, I am still hibernating in my room today. I did attend 2 group sessions.

I think I need to draw up a plan and stick to it. I have to stop these emotions interfering with everything.
