Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I am graduating middle school on Tuesday. I have been going to a Montessori school for two years, and it's been like home to me. I am not coping with leaving very well. I've been really sad about it, and I can't think about anything else besides the fact that I will have to leave this beautiful school. For the first time in 4 years, I found real friends there that I cared about, and they cared about me. My teachers are amazing and helped me become so much stronger than when I first came there. I really don't want to leave them and go back to public school. Will I go back to being miserable all the time? Will I be depressed again? I don't even know. I am so afraid of what will come next.

Life has been really hard this past year. I'm really feeling down and alone. I can't talk to my family about my depression and anxiety their not very understanding about it. I know change can be scary but I think your new school will also have some great teachers and you'll make some new friends
My landlord/roomie is a teacher in a pubic school and I don't know anyone who works harder then he does..... xo
If it doesn't work out then you can always do online school, there are many, many choices for that.
But don't give up on something until you at least try it.
Stay in touch with your old friends and add them in to your new friends...
Find something to volunteer for when you get to your new school....a sport or a club of some kind...it will be a stretch but a chance to meet someone new....
Good luck and you will always have DS for support!
