Well I have been off meds since February due to extremely high liver enzymes. I am diabetic & now my kidneys are damaged. Can't figure out why I'm still here-God must have a plan for me! My Husband says I am very aggressive & angry most of the time & blow up over the littlest of things.Don't know what I'll do if he leaves me- been together almost 20 yrs. Sex is a thing of the past as I have no desire. He is my only support-everyone in my family tends to avoid me because I tend to talk too much & can't focus on one thing at a time. My thought process changes so fast I can't carry on a sane conversation. My mind is racing w/ millions of thoughts I can't control. I am going to call my Psyc. Monday & tell him I think I'm losing my mind.
Sometimes I think about overdosing on Ambien just to end my cycle of insanity. What is happening to me????

Everyday I feel more and more sick. Being in pain every day, I've learned to disguise it. So well that others don't believe my pain when I speak of it. Needing help but only receiving negative responses, I find my way but pay for it later. I absolutely need the rest but there's pressing things to be done.

Ugh my depression is really being triggered by the grief of losing my mom. Ugh it sucks. I wish this pain would leave me already.

As you probably know, it's probably because you are off meds - have you discussed this with your psychiatrist? As the mood stabilizers are all very different I am wondering if some would still be ok for you to take?
