Hi Everyone!
I've stayed away from social media for months now because I found that I was always very slapdash in my posts and comments and it just wasn't doing me any good.
But, I did want to let you know that 1. my daughter and I have over the last 6 months continued to rebuild our relationship with mutual respect! I was challenged on one occasion and I was able to swallow my pride and return to love and patience! I'm proud...can you tell?
2. Today she gave birth to a baby boy! She'll be visiting in November and I expect to be seeing quite a bit of London in the years to come!

When i was in the ER February 16th 2025, i was being admitted to ICU where i was for 3 weeks, then had to relearn to walk for 3 weeks in another hospital rehab floor, the nurse told me something that made me feel for over 18 months now that i was finally *safe*. She told me that the guy who raped and beat me 21 years ago now almost 20 years at that time, was in prison as of a month before that...
