Seriously. I don't let myself drink alcohol :(* - because I fear it unmasks underlying feelings (not good ones)..coffee as well & I'd really have a big pity party & annoy all & sundry!
Maybe just curtail it to one coffee in am or something? Surely that's not a huge deal? :( Good Luck! Your pdoc sounds like a wowser!
