Brain Tingles....

Does anyone else get brain tingles? Where a part of the
head tingles and gets numb? Is this a part of BP. I have been
noticing that every time I have an anxiety filled day I get brain
tingles. I am having an anxiety filled night all because of
an extra cup of coffee I had to keep me warm......I am freezing
and because of the econonmy I can't turn up the thermostat.
I already have a T-Shirt and a hoodie on. So my question is
does anyone else get brain tingles?

Its not something I am familiar with but thats' not to say others share your plight... you might want to get one of those heated blankets/throw at Walmart.. it turns off automatically if you fall asleep..it doesn't use up that much electricity.

I got one for my sister for christmas last year and she swears by it .. she is cold all the time and this really helps her... their not that expensive and sometimes I see them on sale.. I also saw them at London Drugs... anyhow it might be an answer at least for your heat situation if you have a little extra money to get one... take care .. ((hugs)) polar

I have an electric blanket maybe it's about time I get it out to use it. I have to ask the hubby about it first.

I've hears people mention brain zaps or tingles before.

I personally have felt .what feels more like a "shift" in my brain..kinda hard to explain,but I feel my brain do this shift,when I'm about to have a mood swing....like liquid sloshing from one side to the other.

Yes I get them and the 'shifts' that were mentioned too but don't know much about the reasoning for them, sorry.

I get those - it is kind of like how the hair at the back of your neck feels when it is standing up. Strange feeling.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
