I feel more out of control during that time of the month. I feel like I'm trying to control something that's out of my control. My emotions are in over drive. And my lows are too low for too long.

I have the same problem hun and it feels like I step into the seventh circle in hell before my period and during. What really helps me when it gets really bad is taking a Zyprexa, you should let your doc know, maybe there is something he can recommend or add to your med regime. (((((hugs))))

i have problems too, they dx'd me as pmdd and put me on prometrium(progesterone) for 8 days prior to my period.

I feel the same way during that time...it's hard to describe but the trileptal I'm on seemed to help last month...

i guess birth control is supposed to help that? i don't really know. i get like that too but now i don't know if it's because of pms or if it's just me. because i'm on birth control, so i don't know.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
