Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I posted a couple tidbits from some interesting reading I'm doing about fermented foods at mercola.com. Check the CFS board for "Anyone heard of GAPS?"

He's fallen foul of the FDA several times and appears to be a favourite of the Scientologists.
However I'm not a fan of mercola either. Your job as a patient is to be a driver of your health care bus and not a passenger.
If you feel there is some merit to diet and symptoms is there any reason you can't do a lot of research pro and con to this idea and draw your own conclusion?
