Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Hey, just recomending this book "Take charge of bipolar disorder a 4 step plan for you and your loved one to manage the illness and create lasting stability" by Julie A. Fast and John Preston, PsyD. Julie has Bipolar disorder herself and John is in the medcial field. It is a really awesome book with tools and a lot of stories from people we can relate to. I had got it when I first moved back home a couple years ago and once I finished reading and filling it out, forgot about it. I picked it ack up today because it has info on how to get on medicaid and ssi and other things like that but I had forgotten how great the tools in there are so I thought I'd recomend to yall.

Nationalday.com proclaims September 28th as Self Aware Day. I took a few snaps of various core values lists and tried to pick my top five core values (kinda hard to only pick 5). But here are my top picks. Feel free to list a few of yours too:GodLovePeaceStability Compassion

I’m not a reader but the fact you mention small stories of others interested me. I have read Chicken Soup For The Soul books as a result of the written testimonies from others so I know I might enjoy the book you mention by Julie A. Fast & PsyD John Preston
